| IASRD organized the 2nd “Seminar on Bio-diesel” on 24th Feb 2007 at Nasik,Maharastra. Dr. Rajan M Welukar, Vice-Chancellor, Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) was the Chief Guest. The event was sponsored by the Union Ministry of Panchayati Raj, GOI, Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), Min. of Petroleum and Natural Gas, GOI and Indian Oil Corporation (IOC).
